I’ve been wanting to buy my own laptop for my word processing, spreadsheet and internet needs. I had a tight budget of P20K for a laptop. I searched the net and some computer shops for laptop prices until a cousin of mine suggested that I check out http://www.bestbuy.com…I was really shocked with the laptop prices because they were very affordable and had good specs. Just what I was looking for in a laptop. Guaranteed BRAND NEW! But you have to monitor the prices in the said website because it changes weekly…sometimes, daily…Depending on the supply and demand of the laptops.

What I did is I asked the help of my other cousin based in the US to keep an eye the price & purchase the laptop once the price goes down…Luckily, the laptop of my choice went down to $499.99 (more or less P20Th!). My cousin offered to shoulder the 5% tax (hehehe…How nice of her…an added bonus on my part…). Shipping & handling was FREE because the laptop was hand carried by another US-based relative who went home last May..In short, I just paid for the price of the laptop! Yehey!
