Sharing One’s Experience

From she

I have my neo empriva 572SVBx for about 2 years and 4 months and it still works fine with me,
the only problem i encounter are the viruses that most of the users are obviously the major prob…

I always abuse my lappy for 24/7 for school works, programming, video editing, and downloading anime&videos (obviously that is my hobby! lol…)

I will quote what Clint said on the comment # 273

“Again, customer support needs improvement, but as long as you know how to take care of your laptop, it will go a very long way even with abuse.”

A Neo Laptop User

from councleng;

my mama and papa bought me a this neo vivid 2120 pink laptop last july 13, 2008 and upto date i still hate the short battery life it has.when my classmate saw my laptop, she told me that she also has the same laptop and the first thing she asked me was “is your battery life long coz mine is not!” so then i knew that the neo vivid 2120’s battery life is that short, really.  plus at this point of time, my cd-rom is not workig anymore and i dont even know why.i have not brought it to a repair man fo now coz im quite busy in my studies as a graduating student.  other than those problems, my laptop is a very very big help in doing my thesis.=)

Thanks for sharing your laptop experience with us here, this is just to show not all Neo laptops have quality issues. I hope some of the Laptop users out there shares some of their laptop experience with us.
